We closely collaborated on several important initiatives to define and solve customer problems on the LINE Shopping homepage. He is proactive and highly motivated, always striving for better outcomes.
Additionally, he demonstrates thoughtful communication skills, always striving to find ways to minimize conflicts in situations that require communication with various teams. He was a strong thought partner with his Product Manager counterparts, confidently collaborating even when the project goals were ambiguous or priorities were shifting. He quickly delivered thoughtful work when urgency was a priority, and he also had the craft skills to create polished and varied designs.
I always enjoyed discussing his work with him and hearing about his process of solving problems through UX design. He also provided diverse perspectives to the team and always had the willingness to challenge the status quo. Zach is a valuable asset to any team, and working with him as a UX peer has been a true blessing.
